Q- What is the return policy?
A- We want you to be totally satisfied with your Sassy Sarongs purchase. All merchandise is returnable and refundable as long as it is unused and undamaged. If you decide to return an item, please include the sarong and return form. Due to seasonality of product we request returns within 30 days unless it is a special circumstance. Returns can be sent to Sassy Sarongs, 15345 N Scottsdale Road # 4002, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. You are responsible for shipping charges back to Sassy Sarongs. If you received free shipping, you will be refunded the total purchase amount minus original shipping costs. If an item is defective, we will pay for the shipping back to us.

Q- How do I know if the sarong will fit me?
A- Our sarongs are missy sizes (not juniors). Each sarong has the length and width specified. Since most of our sarongs are one size fits all, the width is the most important measurement when determining fit. Using your hip measurement as the guide, you'll want at least an additional 6 inches or more in the sarong width otherwise it will show "leg" at the tie. If the measurement is close, you may want to bump up to the next size category. Most of our traditional sarongs will be wider than necessary to enable more versatility (so it may be styled as a dress).

Q- Who do you use for shipping?
A- All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. Ground shipping is free - please note that a delivery date cannot be guaranteed but if you specify the "date needed by" at checkout we will prioritize your order and contact you if we cannot make your delivery date request. Overnight delivery is available for $34.99, two day delivery is $19.99. Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery. We are unable process orders on Saturdays or Sundays, so your weekend order will ship on Monday. Again, f you need your sarong by a specific date please use the comments section on the order form to let us know. Please see our "shipping page" for more details.

Q- How long does it takes to receive my order?
A- In stock items are guaranteed to ship within 3 business days however, 95% of our orders are shipped the next business day. If an item is out of stock or delayed we will contact you.

Q- What credit cards does Sassy Sarongs take?
A- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PAYPAL.

Q- Does Sassy Sarongs charge sales tax?
A- Internet businesses are required to charge sales tax on orders within the same state as the company's headquarters. Therefore, Sassy Sarongs only charges sales tax on orders shipped to California ( 9.0%).

Q- Can I order from Sassy Sarongs if I live outside of the United States?
A- Yes, however due to costs we only use the USPS first class mail. The cost is $9.99 to Canada and $14.99 to all other countries. There are duties and tariffs due on any products sent from one country to another. Please see the "shipping page" for more details.

Q- Do you share my personal information?
A- Sassy Sarongs will never willfully sell, trade, rent or otherwise transmit any of your personal information to a third party without first receiving you permission. The information we gather is used solely to help us process your order.
